Your new role

As Team Leader you will get the team ready at the start of shift, to carry out specified checks in accurate, timely and methodical manner.You will need to ensure all orders are produced and packed in accordance with customer specifications paying attention to product quality, label position and print quality. You will record all information, generated throughout the shift, on the appropriate sheets, accurately and legibly. You will report any anomalies to the Production Manager so that corrective action may be taken.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of production and customer specifications with previous supervisory experience in a Production environment. You should have the ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate with others effectively. You should be experienced in record keeping and have good written and verbal English.

What you'll get in return

This role operates on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with hours of work being either 6am - 6:30pm or 5:30am - 6pm. You will also enjoy a generous salary of up to £26,700.
