Your new role
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for leading multiple procurement based projects, across various departments, for this Healthcare sector organisation. The Procurement Manager will provide procurement advice and guidance to projects, as well as ensuring sourcing and procurement processes comply with procurement frameworks and legal requirements. The post holder will provide market information and management information analysis to support effective decision making.
What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will be a Procurement Manager or Business Partner with experience gained within the public sector. Previous public sector healthcare experience would be highly advantageous. Previous project management experience plus expert knowledge of public sector procurement regulations is essential. The organisation would also consider applications from less senior candidates who were able to demonstrate some project management experience in the healthcare sector, who are now keen to develop their experience in this area.
What you'll get in return
Th salary banding for this role is £47,126 to £53,129 plus excellent benefits. The role will work on a hybrid basis, with travel to the base location a minimum of once per fortnight. The role will also involve some travel to other sites across the West Midlands and so access to a car and a full driving license will be required.
