Your new role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join this organisations Procurement team as they implement a new five year commercial strategy to improve the services they deliver for their customers.
In this role you will provide a comprehensive, business focused procurement and commercial service, ensuring that best value for money is achieved.
Be a Procurement Expert and Advisor for the business
Build and maintain relationships with business management and operational teams
Lead multi discipline teams to deliver effective contracts and design new commercial arrangements
Responsible of managing the negotiation, planning, and placing of contracts
To develop and structure a programme for supplier engagement
A minimum of 2 years Procurement experience
CIPS qualified or working towards (Desirable)
Supply chain analysis experience
Competency in MS Office Suite
Strong negotiation skills
Able to manage and develop relationships with external organisations
What you'll get in return
Remote working - You will need to attend the Office in North Nottinghamshire one day per week .
Salary of up to £43150
