Your new role
the role itself will be procurement and supply chain manager. Leading a dedicated team providing end-to-end closed-loop planning & supply chain activities including Goods-in, Store Management & Logistics. Responsible for the delivery of RLC Planning and Supply Chain strategies and policies whilst driving and implementing best practices and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
Accountable for the on time implementation of planning and supply chain strategies and policies, drive continuous improvement in planning & supply chain management processes, and resolve supply chain issues both internally and externally. Drive and own site Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), capacity planning, MPS, shopfloor scheduling, and end-to-end closed loop collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment using the MRP system to meet RLC business objectives. Own demand planning: to work closely with the customers on demand, work closely with Operations and Finance on current and long-term forecast projections to drive production and inventory planning goals to minimise production risk while maximizing inventory turns. Commercial awareness and alignment to customer requirements. Support budgeting, financial planning, NPI, and business cases through the provision of forecasts, planning, SIOP scenario analysis, RFQs & supply chain data. Ownership of the site end-to-end supply chain management from sourcing, commercial and contract negotiation and implementation, procurement, logistics, stores, stock management (including consignment stock), return-to-vendor to supplier performance. Own supplier KPIs, including OTIF delivery, cost, quality, responsiveness and compliance. Own the management and development of supplier relationships and partnerships. Establishing and maintaining optimal production & supply schedules to deliver customer demand on time in full at the most cost effective and efficient way, including optimised inventory performance. Ensuring site procurement costs are controlled and opportunities for savings are identified & implemented whilst leading site supply chain cost reduction initiatives. Accountable for achieving the site Planning and Supply Chain KPI targets and the performance of the site Planning and Supply Chain team
