My client are a tech company with their headquarters in San Francisco, California. They focus on developing a connected operations platform for tracking fleets of vehicles and other equipment. They are in search of Personal Assistant for their London office.
Your new role
This role is supporting the Vice President of Marketing, EMEA by way of;
Admin support to the VP.
Manage general admin duties (e.g. calendar, travel, expenses, etc.)
Run meeting cadence, agenda and actions/notes.
Raise PO's and manage spend.
Work closely with the sales and marketing departments and assistants.
Assist with local events (internal and external).
Help with creating marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations.
Create, prepare, format and edit a range of documents/reports, in Google suite.
What you'll need to succeed
Executive or Personal Assistant experience.
Knowledge of Concur, CRM software, Google suite, and Microsoft Office suite.
Adept to working with time zones.
Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills, able to build culture and relationships with various
Strong organisational skills, capable of performing and prioritising multiple tasks seamlessly with
great attention to detail.
