Global Payroll Analyst / Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager Mainly remote working

Your new company
You will be joining the global payroll team in a top ten accountancy and business advisory firm. You will be joining this team as an analyst or manager or senior manager position depending on your experience.

Your new role
You will process payrolls for global payroll clients and provide support to the Service Delivery team to deliver a service to your clients which meets the firms standards and practices. You will communicate with various offices around the world in ensuring that the payrolls are accurately prepared according to the the client specifications. You will ensure your team adheres to the terms and conditions of the client contracts. You will deliver award winning client service while meeting all clients. You will manage, service and deliver clients payrolls to agreed deadlines. At manager level you will be managing a large team in various locations providing support and training.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you must have previous experience in a payroll environment providing payroll support. You need working knowledge of payroll legislation procedures within the UK. You will be CIPP or equivalent qualified with proven experience delivering UK payroll for large multinational clients. International payroll experience would be an advantage.
