Your new role
A long term interim Payroll Administration role at the junior level. This will be an excellent opportunity to further develop payroll skills, and if you have had any level of exposure to payroll administration previously it is an opportunity to join a supportive and nurturing team environment.
You will be able to understand the basics of payroll, and be looking for an opportunity to consolidate these. With an understanding of starters/leavers, SSP, SMP, NI and managing queries, you will have the necessary ingredients to succeed in this role..

What you'll need to succeed
As an engaging, and hard working candidate, you will have a demonstrable basic understanding of payroll, and the various processes needed to deliver multiple pay runs on a regular basis. You will be a team player, be articulate and clear in both your written and verbal communications, with a pragmatic and down to earth approach.
