Payroll Administrator job in Ayrshire
Your new company
Based in Ayrshire, our client is recruiting for a payroll advisor to join their team on a 6 month basis initially. The hours of work are Monday- Thursday 8am - 4.45pm and Friday 8am - 1pm . The role is based on site and the organisation has on-site parking and can be accessed by local public transport.

Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Officer and working as part of a team of 2, you will undertake a range of payroll responsibilities. This will include but is not limited to; collation of hours, processing starters and leavers, handling queries, reporting for management, reconciliations and general associated payroll administration.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and taking ownership of your own workload. You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, as you will communicate with colleagues on a daily basis, face to face, via telephone and via email.
