Payroll and Reconciliation Assistant
Full Time & Permanent
£20-25,000 per annum

An out of town location, fantastic office space and a great team environment make this an excellent career move for an experienced Payroller who knows their way around pensions and benefits, auto enrolment, HMRC reporting, query resolution and a good grasp of UK Payroll legislation! You will be compiling payroll information from various sites around the UK, liaising with team leaders and managers to ensure the greatest level of data integrity and accuracy for Payees. You will be experienced in adding new starters and removing leavers, calculating statutory payments and deductions, handling a whole range of payroll queries including Tax (and knowing where to go to find the right information), sticking to the strictest of deadlines....... and then submitting the payroll to the outsourced provider. It's a very interactive role that will get you talking to lots of people...... great for all you "social animal" payroll peeps!!

Additionally, you will be picking up bank reconciliation duties for the organisation and this will include looking at all the online sales platforms. This is an area where the company are prepared to provide some training as only those with previous experience in retail or online sales are likely to have this exposure........ so it's a chance to expand your experience rather than an obstacle to overcome!
