Your new role
You will be joining the Key stage 2 team to work alongside the current team to support individual students with EHCPs as well as supporting generally within the classroom. Applicants must be highly motivated and committed to the highest standards of pupil achievement. You will be child-centred with a strong commitment to safeguarding students and have high aspirations for those you support. The ability to work flexibly as part of a team to provide the correct structure and support for students in the school is key. This role is Monday to Friday, 9.30am -2pm during term time only.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful with your application you will need
- Experience of work as a Teaching assistant
- Experience of working with children as a one to one
- A current DBS on the update service or be willing to acquire one through Hays
- Relevant experience with available references
