Part Time Administrator

Part Time Administrator required in Basingstoke offering between £15,000 - £20,000 based on hours per week.

Your new company
-Your new company is a market leading global provider of electronics and information systems for customers and markets. They research and develop engineering, marketing, sales, customer service and distribution.

Your new role
-Provide general administration support and advice to the Facilities Management team, liaising with the Helpdesk Team as required
-Update documentation and records using a range of different IT systems to ensure information and data is always maintained and updated to reflect compliance
-Review the technical jobs logged on the CAFM system and monitor subcontractor online reporting system
-Ensure job sheets are complete with the correct information needed, logging as required
-Ensure all departmental logs are up to date and training requirements are notified, communicating with the relevant managers as required
