Our client are a well established business based in central Exeter. Due to sustained growth over the past 12 months, our client are in need of a Part Qualified, experienced Accountant to join their growing finance team.

Your new role

• Management Accounts Packs - Preparation and submission.
• Product Costing and variance analysis.
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Accruals and Prepayments and Journal Postings.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet control accounts.
• Posting of Payments and daily analysis of Company bank accounts and full reconciliation.
• Daily Sales Consolidation.
• Foreign currency cash control.
• Accurate and efficient control of petty cash.
• VAT analysis and VAT Returns.
• Credit Card Expenditure Processing.
• Liaise with employees, managers and directors at all levels within the business.
• Liaise with external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Active study towards ACCA, CIMA or ACA
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work with senior management and wider finance team
• Confident user of MS packages and Accounting software
