Office Administrator, within Tourism industry, permanent position, based in Derry City

Your new company
Operates within the Tourism industry across Northern Ireland. As a result of continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity within their Derry office for an Office Administrator / Tour department Assistant. In your role, you will provide an outstanding level of administration support to the Tour department manager. This is a full-time permanent position. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Mon to Fri.

Your new role
As Office Administrator / Tour department Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the tour manager, this will include dealing with customer enquiries professionally, taking customer bookings and liaising with suppliers / drivers, updating the computer system accurately and general administration duties.

What you'll need to succeed
As Office Administrator, essentially, you will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels. Be proficient in Microsoft suite and able to demonstrate previous experience within an Administration role. You will have excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Good geographical knowledge of Ireland & the UK would be beneficial. A background in tourism would also be advantageous.
