Join the emerging pool of supply teachers for Secondary Schools in Greater Manchester and East Cheshire for May 2022 and onwards.
Day to day / short & long term positions available immediately.
Your new role
You will be responsible for teaching your preferred language, or in some cases multiple languages at Secondary schools across Greater Manchester or East Cheshire.
In a long term role you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, as well as completing the subsequent marking and assessment of pupils work, ensuring all pupils are progressing well within the classroom. You will also be expected to attend and prepare for Parents Evenings throughout the academic calendar.
Behaviour management will also be your priority, as well as ensuring pupils are achieving to the best of their ability and engaging with the subject in your classroom.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a registered Teacher with Hays Education, you must possess Qualified Teacher Status or be an NQT and ideally have experience of teaching MFL at either KS3, KS4, or KS5.
You must give full commitment to the role that you accept, and show your work ethic and flexibility to adjust to your new environment.

You will be paid to scale from day one, reflecting your experience up to main scale 6 (where TLR and additional responsibilities are not expected).

There is also a potential that long term positions are extended as well as made permanent, depending on the situation of the role / school.
