We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join a UK leading healthcare recruitment agency.

This position is for a passionate individual who is looking to kick start their marketing career, within one of the largest and most well-known healthcare recruitment companies in the UK. In this new role, you will be working directly with the Marketing Manager, who will be involved in your learning and development. The person who will be coming into this position, must be a self-sufficient professional who is wanting to learn and who will provide new ideas to the marketing department.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. They must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our services and public image.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have an excellent eye for detail – ensuring all work is of the highest standard possible, continuously reviewing work, and striving to improve the quality of social work in the agency
You will be curious – constantly keeping up to date on the latest trends, innovations and progression in social. You will gather and absorb as much inspiring and creative things as you can and share with your team, the agency and clients. What’s new and exciting in our industry? What’s going on in the wider world that might inspire our next project?
You will always maintain a positive and solution based attitude - we are considered creative problem solvers and this needs to be evident in everything we do. The more impossible a task the bigger the opportunity is to excel, succeed and create!
