Your new role

• Assisting with reporting requirements including (but not limited to) cashflow forecasting, actuals vs budgets, accruals & prepayments
• Assisting with process improvements & automation of processes
• Monitoring profit & loss
• Production and review service charge accounts
• Reconciling accounts
• Raising service charge demands

What you'll need to succeed
This ideal candidate will be highly organised and naturally methodical in their approach. You will have a proven ability to maintain key client relationships and enjoy the more personable elements of the role when liaising with both clients and leaseholders. ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified,finalist or a QBE

What you'll get in return
£55,000 plus WFH benefit, private health care, pension
