KS2 Primary Teacher needed for September Start at a local school in St Helens.

You will be expected to establish effective communication and build long lasting relationships with both students and staff. You will be expected to immerse yourself in up-and-coming community extracurricular events and strengthen existing community relationships.

We are working with an Ofsted rated outstanding Primary school in the St Helens borough which is enthusiastic about enabling curiosity in children and promotes an enthusiastic approach to current and new Teaching practices.

Your new role.

Your new role will include all aspects of lesson planning and preparation. You will deliver to KS2 pupils and follow the values and standards of the school. You will be engaging in and monitoring behaviour management in a variety of ways and incorporating a myriad of Behaviour for Learning methods. You will be ensuring pupil engagement and differentiating material to suit attainment needs. You will be required to collaborate with other staff members to boost student engagement.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Recent experience of Teaching in Primary (KS2).
  • Provide relevant references.
  • Have QTS or ECT status.
  • Knowledge of KS2 curriculum.
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and flexibility.
  • Highly motivated and driven to exceed expectations.
  • Up-to-date DBS preferred (Hays can supply if needed).
  • ECT’s will be considered.
