Your new School
An outstanding Primary school based in Cheltenham are looking for a Year 2 Teacher to join their team from September 2022. It is a 2 form entry primary school with around 200 pupils. The KS1 department are high achieving and work well together regularly sharing best practice. The school have high expectations for pupils in both their work and behaviour which has been recognised by numerous inspections. The school encourage and reward good behaviour and provide a supportive environment for both teachers and pupils.

Your new role
You will be responsible for teaching a class of 28 Year 2 pupils with the support of a KS1 Teaching Assistant. This role is to start in the new academic year in September 2022.

What you'll need to succeed
The school are looking for someone who has experience teaching in KS1 and phonics. You will ideally have experience in teaching year 2 pupils. You should be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and drive children to achieving their goals. You must hold QTS and have reference able teaching experience within the last 5 years.
