Your new company
Hays Education are the market leading agency across the South Warwickshire area, and we are looking to recruit a full-time experienced Key Stage 2 teacher. Hays’s education is seeking teachers who provide the children with an excellent standard of education and school experience through providing engaging lessons in an inclusive and welcoming environment.

Your new role
In your new role as a Key Stage 2 Supply Teacher you will be working full-time within Alcester and the surrounding villages and areas. You will be required to deliver classes, plan, and mark pupil’s work. You will work alongside a teaching assistant to ensure all pupils are fully supported in their educational learning and development.

What you'll need to succeed
It is essential you have experience working in a school and are confident in your delivery to Key Stage 2 pupils. To be successful you must hold a QTS. Hays are also happy to consider NQT’s and ECT’s for these roles. You must have a solid understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures and be familiar with Ofsted standards. Ideally you will have experience supporting KS2 pupils with SATS, however, this is not essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will be offered an on-going full-time position as a key stage 2 teacher based in Alcester working in a supportive school paid to scale (M1-M6)
