Property Administrator, Perm| Full-time,Up To £23k, Ipswich Office

Our client is a well establish and respected organisation in the property industry who are looking to expand their busy team in Ipswich. Hays are proud to be representing them and opening this opportunity to our network.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a portfolio of client properties. You will be assisting with Contractor instruction, On boarding, Renewals and invoicing. Your duties will also include completing administration tasks for lettings (marketing, viewings) as well as some credit control duties, data/ process management and assisting with drafting lettings agreements. Your role will include basic administration tasks as well as the technical.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proactive in you approach to administration with exceptional attention to detail.You should have a full, clean driving license to attend meetings, check-ins and meter readings. You will need a good understanding of Office 365 applications and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
