Your new role You will be working as an interim category manager, dealing with facilities management and estates. You will be responsible for developing and managing spend areas including; building repairs and maintenance, cleaning, vending and working towards developing a new building with the organisation.
Identify cost savings and risk mitigation.
Retain records of negotiations and agreements.
Ensure procurement initiatives are maximised and preferred supplier compliance throughout the business
Build effective relationships to keep project stakeholders engaged and informed.
Deliver project on time.
What you'll need to succeed A proven track record in FM and Estates Procurement
A strong knowledge of Public Contract Regulations
A background in the public sector
Ability to work well with others and build relationships
What you'll get in return
A day rate between 400 and 600 depending on experience
