A stand alone HR manager role within an incredible charity organisation.
We have taken on a new HR Manager role for a truly exceptional charity who provide housing and support services to those experiencing homelessness.
This is the first HR appointment for the charity, its an incredibly exciting time to join as they have ambitious growth plans and have recently invested in new systems and business change processes. The appointment of a HR manager is vital to the success of the people strategy, working across the senior leadership team, you will be accountable for the delivery of an efficient HR service and will provide expert guidance and advice to help shape the evolution of the strategy.
We are looking for an established HR professional who is confident in advising managers and senior leaders and has a strong foundation knowledge across the entire HR discipline. Experience of the charity sector and safeguarding would be an added bonus but is not essential. You must hold at the very minimum CIPD Level 5, ideally level 7 or at least be studying towards this.
