A public sector organisation located in the borders now requires a HR Business Partner to support on a 6 month basis to support during a period of increased work load. This role would ideally suit a Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step or a HR Business Partner that is looking for a new interim challenge.
Your new role
This is an HR generalist role that will manage ER cases. Due to the size of the organisation the caseload will be low. The business is therefore looking for the BP to support with a number of projects and initiatives including ; Health and Wellbeing; Pay and Reward review; Employee Engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step or HR Business Partner looking for their next interim role. You will hold a CIPD level 3 or above or equivalent demonstrated work experience.
