Our Education client in Loughborough are currently recruiting for two HR Assistants to help support across their Recruitment and wider HR team on a temporary basis until the end of the year.
Your new role
As a HR Assistant you will be supporting the Recruitment, HR Shared Services and HR systems teams with a range of administrative and data entry tasks including:
- Assisting with recruitment - interview packs, setting up for interview days, screening CVs
- On-boarding & compliance
- New starter packs
- Assisting with training packs
- Data entry using HR systems
- Data filing
- Any ad-hoc administrative tasks
This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 8.30/9 to 4.30/5pm with flexible working options and the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week once training is complete.
What you'll need to succeed
For this role we are looking for strong all-round Administrators who have prior experience supporting HR and/or Recruitment teams in a high-volume, fast paced environment. You will be able to work under pressure handling large amounts of sensitive and confidential data and be able to work independently.
This role would be suited to either a HR graduate or someone looking to progress their career within HR or Recruitment or an experienced Administrator or HR professional looking for a move into the Education sector.
