A proactive HR Advisor to join a growing private sector business in Dorset.

My exclusive client is a growing private sector business based in Bournemouth with many different locations across the region. They are proud to offer the highest standards to their customers across multiple services.

Your new role

Reporting to an experienced HR Director and working closely with the existing HR team.

The main responsibilities and accountabilities are largely supporting and advising line managers and employees about employee relations, developing the HRIS and HR processes.You will advise on matters across the full employment cycle, from recruitment, onboarding, induction and engagement.

Experience of working in a HR function in all areas of HR practice and operations. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management capability and an emotional intelligence to negotiate, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively.

Working hours are 39 / week with flexible start / finish times around core hours between 10am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. This role is office-based in Bournemouth with potential for homeworking too. Occasional travel to other locations is required, so you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

What you'll need to succeed

You must have experience in a HR role / function in a similar HR Advisor position, or be keen to make the next step in your career from a HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar role. You must be CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent).

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in a fast-paced, growing organisation, with good time management and have communicated well at all levels of business.
