HR Administrator Job, Brighton, 37.5 hours per week, Permanent Job

Your new role
Main duties for the Employee Relations Team will include note taking at formal meetings, typing, responding to telephone enquiries, use of equipment such as photocopiers, the maintenance of the Employee Relations information systems held in the department and providing reports on a regular basis for performance monitoring purposes.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 6 months recent experience within administration
  • Ability to build positive relationships with managers and colleagues
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to prioritising workload and match management objectives
