Role Overview:
To continuously improve a housing management systems that promote the best possible service for our customers, The post holder will be expected to work with the Senior Business Analyst in Housing with the development and roll out of system changes to configure the front end or any future system we have in Housing, you will also work very closely with our systems and performance management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- System improvements and upgrades
- System Administration
- System Support
- Data analysis and management information
- Working with stakeholders
- Prepare System User Guides for non-ICT staff
- Deliver Systems (Housing systems & similar) training to front line staff and to managers who would need to cascade these skills themselves
- System Testing –stepping though standard systems usage to ensure that any outputs are as expected; identifying where relevant risk failures may occur during system changes (upgrades and implementations)
