Housing Assistant

Experienced Administrator needed for Public Sector client in Moray area.

Your new company
You will be working in a busy office environment in the Moray area in the housing sector.

Your new role
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks including processing tenant applications, data entry and responding to tenant enquiries. You will also liaise with other departments to ensure records are kept accurately and are compliant with relevant legislation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working in a similar, busy office environment and be comfortable using software packages including Microsoft Word and Excel. The ideal candidate will also be able to demonstrate a keen focus of customer service and have strong communication skills. Experience of working in a Housing and Property environment would be highly advantageous.
