Hays are currently recruiting an experienced Housing Assistant on a temporary basis for a period of at least 3 months. This role will be working in the Shropshire and Oswestry area.

Your new role
Your new role will be working as Housing Assistant for the business. You will be working closely with the Housing Officers to deal with any ASB reports, undertake communal property inspections to ensure the buildings are adequately maintained with no fly tipping etc, be involved in other tenancy related matters such as sign ups, allocations, termination procedures etc.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must have proven experience in a similar role in addition to a full driving license.

What you'll get in return
