We have an exciting new opportunity available on the market. I have a client who are in the market for and looking to appoint a new Head of Reward into their organisation. The business are in the main a London based head office wise however are looking to move a quarter of their organisation to Manchester including their HR teams and tech teams. The business currently have 1200 staff with a large HR team and adding to that will be this new role. The role will have a Reward Business Partner underneath and this will be a strategic role sitting on the Leadership team and reporting into the HRD. The business is very exciting and has a lot to offer with lots of change and transformation and with lots of growth potential in the tech space. This exciting opportunity comes with a £100k salary + pension, family healthcare, bonus, pension taking the whole package to c£120k+. Working from home really flexible and a good offering here too.
