A leading, global Legal Firm are seeking a Front of House - Hospitality Assistant in their London office. A busy team with a great culture where you will be supporting on a range of different duties.
Your new role
- Offer impeccable client service to visitors and colleagues.
- Ensure that all meeting room bookings / queries / changes and requests for the day are dealt with promptly
- Liaise with reception in regard to last minute requests / changes to ensure smooth operation
- Setting up for client meetings and events with refreshments and delivering business lunches
- Carry out regular meeting rooms checks
- Anticipate client needs and follow up to ensure that client expectations are met and where possible exceeded.
- Support reception when business requires – early shift, late shift, holidays, breaks, busy periods.
- Ensure housekeeping and maintenance issues are logged / reported
- Handle client and visitor queries
- Undertake a stock take on request to assess stock levels.
- Maintain the kitchen area, ensuring all stocks are kept tidily, ensuring a clean and hygienic storage area.
- Record and maintain fridge and food temps and cleaning records.
What you'll need to succeed
- Recent experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and telephony skills.
- Ability to work with computerized front of house systems
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility in approach and willingness to work outside of normal hours if business needs dictate.
