Fleet Administrator

A Fleet Administrator job in Avonmouth, to work for a construction equipment hire organisation
Your new role
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders in regards to company vehicles
  • Manage the distribution and allocation of company vehicles
  • Manage the distribution, allocation, reporting and reconciliation of all fuel cards issued
  • Ensure vehicles are maintained to a satisfactory level including cleaning, Servicing, MOT records, wear and tear reports
  • Ensure that all service requirements are communicated clearly to the driver of the vehicle
  • Manage insurance documentation and process any insurance claims as swiftly and effectively as possible
  • Arrange estimates for all vehicle repairs, ensure repairs are authorised appropriately before repair work is carried out
  • Manage, liaise and support any road side assistance requirements
  • Ensure full adherence to legal requirements
  • Input data into internal systems
  • File and maintain all necessary documents, include owner documentation
  • Liaise with all third party service providers
  • Ensure effective support of the fleet function

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience working within an office environment preferable
  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Be able to work off own initiative
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages
  • Need to be able to drive or have transport as its an area with no local public transport links

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of £18,000-£20,000 depending on experience, plus great benefits an career progression opportunities.
