Their Financial Reporting team are growing, with an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant to bring their skills and passions alike to the organisation.

Your new role
You will be working with the Head of the team in transforming processes to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders, with great scope for development in the role. As well as technical accounting analysis of complex transactions and monthly production of reports and statements, you will be involved in:

• accounting policy development
• supporting an external tax team and external audit
• highlighting and implementing efficiencies

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with ACA or equivalent with experience in financial instruments, reporting to IFRS9. You may be looking for your first role outside of a large accounting practice where you can work in a role with a broad scope and a tangible impact on the business. You will be a high-performer, looking to learn from senior leaders in banking as you boost your career to its next level.

What you'll get in return
You'll be working in a flexible environment where you can benefit from the great Central London office location 3 days per week and can work remotely 2 days. You'll earn £55,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits. As the bank grows, your individual development will also be prioritised and the Head of the team is looking for someone who is keen to take on new projects as they emerge.
