Your new company
You will be joining a well-established Telecommunications Company based in spacious and modern offices in Canary Wharf as a Finance Assistant for a 4 week temporary role (potential to extend). My client is looking for a junior professional with circa 1 year of experience within a Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant role, to assist the team with year-end as well as other accounting and finance tasks as required.
Your new role
Your key duties within this position will include:
- Assisting in supporting the finance team as they tackle year-end
- Assisting with a current transition from a sterling-based system onto a dollar-based system
- Assisting with analysis, using Sage 50 to input key data
- Other adhoc accounting and finance tasks, as needed by the Finance Manager
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application for this position, you must have at least 1 year of experience working within a finance role using Sage 50. You must be a driven and hardworking junior professional with an ambition to succeed within your finance career by gaining exposure within a role which will offer a multi-faceted exposition to a well-established and experienced finance team.
