Finance assistant to join an automotive company in Guilford for 3 months performing AP, AR responsibilities.

A multi award winning company, nationally recognised for its Automotive services based in Guildford is known for its accountability and punctuality towards it clients. Due to growth in company, is looking for a Finance Assistant.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, which will involve responsibilities of purchase ledger and Sales Ledger with key requirements for coding, processing, and chasing expenses & Invoices on Oracle Financial Cloud. You will be running and raising ad hoc bank payments and balance reconciliations on weekly basis. You will also Assist the Financial Manager with Monthly management accounts. Liaise and assist the Ops team with finance related tasks · Any other ad hoc duties.
What you'll need to succeed
An in depth understanding of Oracle Financial Cloud/ Sage. Previous experience in fast paced work environment and prioritising work, be highly numerate and well organised. You’re expected to have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills to stay calm under pressure.
