A Prestigious university based in Coventry is looking for a new Finance and Projects Manager to join the development and engagement department.
Your new role
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial management of philanthropic donations to the university, ensuring all legal standards are met. You will be reporting on the use of funds and maintaining audit trails. You will be responsible for conducting financial planning for fundraising projects, development of targets, Investment decisions, management accounts and procurement assistance.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified accountant and ideally have a background in Charity or Higher Education, within costing projects, budgets, and modelling. Sound knowledge of VAT, corporation tax and excellent attention to detail are all essential, as well as being able to liaise with non-finance people.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a salary up to £51.8k + £5k Market Supplement + 21.1% Pension + 42 Days Annual Leave + amazing benefits
