My client is an international research company who have grown significantly in recent years. Their head office is based in Bristol and this role is a hybrid working role with flexible hours.
Your new role
As the Finance Analyst you will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain group P&L, Balance Sheet and Working Capital/Cashflow forecast models to support strategy and scenario planning
- Develop and maintain departmental financial models to measure and forecast KPIs, utilisation, productivity, and financial performance
- Distribution of monthly reports detailing the financial performance of the group and relevant divisions
- Engage with the business and heads of department to review forecast and divisional financial performance
- Contribute to on-going financial impact resource analysis (margins, utilisation, productivity, etc), to evaluate alternate resourcing scenarios for divisions and projects
- Support pricing of contract bids by providing them relevant financial information to incorporate into contracts and change in scope documents
- Assist the annual budgeting process and long-term forecasting
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this Finance Analyst role you must have the following:
- Experience developing and maintaining P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecast models
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent excel skills
- Strong analytical experience
- CIMA/ACCA part-qualified or finalist highly desirable
