You will be working within a provider of legal services within the public sector of Northern Ireland. This fantastic position will give you the opportunity to work as a Family paralegal within the public sector.
Your new role
This role will involve aiding with legal services for the Health and Social Care Sector. Duties involve:
Handling confidential and sensitive client information, ensuring the accurate recording of all data
Liaising with clients, building strong relationships through politely and effectively handling all queries surrounding family matters
Organising and attending meetings whilst ensuring accurate preparation
Effective caseload management including dealing with file related queries and all filing and recording is concise and accurate
What you'll need to succeed
To be a successful candidate, you will have a passion for family law alongside:
A strong legal background including a law degree and paralegal or legal administration experience
Fantastic oral and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships
Organisation and an eye for detail alongside the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
