You will be working within a provider of legal services within the public sector of Northern Ireland. This fantastic position will give you the opportunity to work as a Family paralegal within the public sector.

Your new role

This role will involve aiding with legal services for the Health and Social Care Sector. Duties involve:

• Handling confidential and sensitive client information, ensuring the accurate recording of all data
• Liaising with clients, building strong relationships through politely and effectively handling all queries surrounding family matters
• Organising and attending meetings whilst ensuring accurate preparation
• Effective caseload management including dealing with file related queries and all filing and recording is concise and accurate

What you'll need to succeed

To be a successful candidate, you will have a passion for family law alongside:

• A strong legal background including a law degree and paralegal or legal administration experience
• Fantastic oral and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client and colleague relationships
• Organisation and an eye for detail alongside the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
