Your new company
You will be working for a large facilities management company that works with several companies across the UK. You will be working for an important client based in Kendal, supporting through delivering a high-quality service and undertaking general facility management duties. They are looking for a process driven individual to join the team and hit the ground running, the working hours are 7:30-5pm, Monday to Friday, on a 3 month initial contract, with the opportunity to go permanent after that. £12 per hour.
Your new role
As a facilities coordinator, you will carry out a number of activities within the business, to help support the efficiency of the office.
Main duties and responsibilities:
What you'll need to succeed
- Administrative tasks
- Planning and scheduling contractors for work on site
- Liaising with clients to organise in house work
- General maintenance around site
- Management of site access
The ideal candidate will have experience in the facilities management world and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to converse with staff, suppliers and customers at all levels. You can demonstrate an attention for detail, computer literacy and you will be a team player.
What you'll get in return
You will be working for a client that is well established in the UK. Working 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7:30-5pm in Kendal. This is a 3 month contract initially with the opportunity to go permanent based on your performance and the business needs. You will be paid weekly, earning £12 per hour.
