Your new role Temporary Administrator/ Oldham Town Centre/ 11 Per Hour / Part Time or Full Time.

This is an all-round administrator role which will require a real self-starter and someone who can use their initiative to help organise and support a busy office.

Key Duties will be organising the office such as office supplies, stationary and being the point of contact for the organisation – along with diarising appointments for Directors and Management Team, organising meetings, booking rooms and taking minutes for the Directors and management team. You will be able to provide a full range of secretarial duties including scanning, word-processing, excel, arranging meetings for others, accessing, and distributing reports as required.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous administration experience is considered a must in this role. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential along with a passion for teamwork and providing an excellent quality of work.

What you'll get in return The role is temporary to begin with and there is strong potential of a permanent role for the right candidate. The working hours are 37 hours per week and you will be expected to be working both onsite and from home.
