Your new role
The primary focus of the job is to provide onsite, regional administration and support for all Mobile Devices - Mobiles, iPhones/iPads, 3G & Wireless devices.The position will also entail providing administrative support for other functions within EUT & Santander UK, i.e. Service Now ticket & request processing, BAU Telephony Provision & Support, Third Party Supplier Management, Budget Management and KPI Monthly Reporting.
Role Responsibilities:
- Configuration and support of all mobile devices
- Remedy queue administration
- BlackBerry Enterprise server administration
- MDM & MDO System Administration – Airwatch & Wandera
- Mobile Estate Billing & Reporting - Veropath
- Manage and resolving incidents
- Communicate with the suppliers of mobile devices
- Communicate with customers up to Executive level, across all Bank entities & sites
- Manage and update existing documents, procedures & spreadsheets – MS Products
- Ordering equipment via external supplier portal
- Manage replacement devices & disposals through Third Party supplier
- Team monthly reporting activities – KPI & Local ad hoc reporting
- Assist other team members with BAU telephony requests & services
- Proactively monitor and manage incident queues and team mailboxes across all discipline’s
- Manage EUT internal team`s budgets as required
- Adhere to Santander Technologies Mandatory Training Systems
Knowledge and Skills required
