Environment Coordinator, Part-time, Leading Law Firm, Central London, up to £33,000 (£19,800) PRO RATA

They are located in the heart of Central London, in a gorgeous open planned office with a great working atmosphere.

Our client is looking to add a new Environment Coordinator to their very successful and busy Environment team, on a part time basis - 3 days a week but must include a Wednesday. 

The roles KEY responsibilities include:

  • Undertake general administration duties for the firm’s ISO certified management systems.
  • Provide support in preparation for, and during, internal and external audits.
  • Update and maintain the environment internet pages.
  • Preparing and presenting reports.
  • Deliver advice, guidance and training with support from the Environment Manager.
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Co-ordinate company projects
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders

 Successful candidates MUST have the following:

  • Be educated in the environmental industry or have experience in an environmental role.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of current sustainability and environmental issues.
  • Display exceptional attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • High level of excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have practical experience of working with ISO certified management systems.
This role is a part time position - 3 days a week which must include a Wednesday. The other 2 days are flexible. The working hours will be 9:30am - 5:30pm, however occasionally, you may need to work outside the working hours.
In return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £33,000 PRO RATA. This means for the 3 days work per week you would receive up to £19,800 per anum. You will also receive an excellent benefits package right from the start.
