Your new company
Hays Social Care are working in partnership with an outstanding health care provider in Warrington, as they require community care assistants to work with vulnerable adults in Orford, Dallam, Bewsey, Longford and surrounding areas in north Warrington. No previous experience in care is required as full training will be provided.
Your new role
As a community care assistant working in north Warrington, you will be supporting adults with varying needs such as Alzheimer’s, Dementia, mental health and disabilities. As a community care assistant, your duty is to not only support people in day-to-day life, but to encourage people’s independence, build self-esteem, offer freedom of choice in peoples lives, and most importantly have fun. You will typically work with the same care users for continuity, enabling you to build strong constructive relations with your clients and your duties will include, but are not limited too; too personal care (i.e., bed care, toileting, washing, oral and hygienic care), taking a key interest in the interests of your clients such as partaking in regular shopping trips, local cinemas, or museums (social interaction and companionship), meal preparation, feeding, lifts, hoist’s, and administering medication.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful with your application it is mandatory that you reside in the U.K and hold all necessary right to work documents. No previous experience is required to be considered for the position, all you need is:

- A desire to make a positive impact
- A full driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential
