Engineering Stores Controller - Ballymena - Days Only - Salary £20000 / £22000

Your New Role

Working as an Engineering Stores Controller you will report to the Maintenance Manager. Your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Maintain and run the Engineering Stores through the Pirana System to drive the effectiveness of stock control, stock usage and stock provisioning and thus ensuring that downtime is driven down and asset availability is maintained at the highest level / Manage the day to day running of a stores setup, including stock control, stock rotation, stock availability, stock checking (bi-annual and perennial) and maintaining stock booking out records / Dealing daily with suppliers for services and stock replenishment / Maintaining the functionality of a Purchasing Clerks role when required to do so / Minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency by ensuring stock levels are maintained.

What You'll Need To Succeed

In order to be successful within this role you will need to have IT Skills, a knowledge of stores management within an Engineering environment and the ability to work off your own initiative.
What You'll Get In Return

Attractive working hours of Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 + Friday 08:00 - 15:30 and a salary of £20000/22000.
