My client is a major US Insurance firm with an office in the City of London.

Your new role

Working as part of a global team, you'll be responsible for supporting a userbase of circa 3500. You'll need superb communication skills to interact with teams and end users throughout the business, while being responsible for maintaining the integrity of the systems to rigorous company standards.

You'll be proactive, and seek to continuously improve processes, while possessing strong technical ability and the ability to manage critical business issues.

What you'll need to succeed

- Experience of working in high pressure environments
- Ideally a three year background in End User Computing within the Legal/Insurance/Financial sectors (solid experience outside these sectors will be considered)
- Problem solving and management ability
- Sound knowledge of Citrix/AD/Group Policy/SCCM/Windows/Powershell/365/Intune/MBAM
- ITIL knowledge
- Excellent communication ability
- Proactive with strong initiative and the ability to fix problems without passing up the chain

A competitive salary of up to 48k is on offer. A comprehensive benefits package is also included for all employees, which includes a 10% non-contributory pension, private medical cover, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) and a discretionary bonus (maximum 20% of salary).

As well as this, there is also one day per week remote working.
