Your new role
You will be responsible for any ER queries and escalations and could be anything from 30 - 35 at any one time. You will be required to work with the managers dealing with everything from disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, flexible working and Tupe. You will manage each case from start to finish so previous experience is essential as you must be able to demonstrate that you can deal with each case that comes in. Some trade union experience would be an advantage.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience looking after high volume ER cases and be up to date on employment law and rights. As the role is busy you must also be able to prioritise tasks and juggle multiple jobs.
