The organisation has key working relationships and partners in over 100 schools across Manchester. The key purpose is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Director of Education and across the Education Department.

The key tasks are of the role would be arranging meetings, booking and hosting zoom and other online meetings, along with preparing agendas and paperwork for meetings. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for the Education department and be responsible for incoming queries and actioning any queries appropriately.

You will be an excellent communicator and able to communicate at all levels to internal and external customers.

What you'll need to succeed
The working hours are thirty-five per week Monday to Friday and the role is onsite with no remote working option. Excellent communication skills and a polite and friendly approach are also essential.
