An international law firm with offices based in Glasgow now require a Early Talent Development Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
The role will see the successful candidate support the wider talent development team in the training and development of trainee solicitors during their two year contract. You will be required to provide support at all stages of the trainee cycle, and work with all levels.. You will participate in project work alongside the wider team based in London Bristol and Sheffield.
What you'll need to succeed
You ill be charged with the following duties and responsibilities:
- Supporting the deliver of the trainee programme
- Working with the Talent advisors to ensure that induction requirements meet the SRA/Scottish law requirements
- Support seat planning and rotations and pick up on issues
- Designing and updating plans and documents
- Management of relocation and expenses
- Coordination of 6 monthly qualification processes and briefings
- Communicate and highlight deadlines for pre-qualifiers
- Assist with Newly qualified process
- Planning of events that focus on trainees
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Track and run various reports on trainees and NQ
