Your new role
This position will involve working across several teams, although emphasis will be on supporting CRM and social media teams. Strong copywriting skills are essential within this role as a large proportion of the position will involve writing and editing content to meet business and customer objectives. The position will also involve advising on tone of voice and style of content. Further to this, you will be leading on the production of social content and ensuring it is in line with the digital content strategy. You will also be providing expertise and advice to stakeholders. Overall, you will need to be ensuring that the core values of the organisation are applied consistently across content to enhance the reputation.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems such as Salesforce and Reddot.
  • Experience in using social media platforms commercially to engage customers Awareness of GDPR
  • Good experience in writing and editing for digital channels to tight deadlines
