Your new company
You will be joining a national charity to work on their dedicated contract to support offenders and those in the probation system with substance misuse issues into recovery pathways.

Your new role
You will work 9-5 Monday to Friday from your local office Hub (1 day home working) managing a caseload. You will develop action plans, run 1-1, group and pod sessions that will support harm minimisation, taking clients through the rehabilitation process. You will work closely with the wider team, prison services, probation services and external agencies to an outcome and person-centred approach.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience and knowledge within the criminal justice, substance misuse or social care sector. This can be from lived experience or previous experience as a mentor volunteer.

What you'll get in return
This role is to be recruited on a temp to perm basis so initially you will receive weekly pay
Role becomes permanent within the first 18 weeks
Guaranteed for the project to run for 3 years
Monday-Friday 9-5 (1 day home working)
